1. Orders and Payments
• All orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• Once an order is confirmed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be allowed.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. No Exchange or Return Policy
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless you do not receive the product shown in the picture.
• We are not responsible for minor variations in fabric, embroidery, or embellishments, as these are handmade products.
3. Faulty Products Measurement Issues)
• If your item has a measurement issue, you may return it to us for adjustment.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing
farhatrenaboutique@gmail.com.
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• We will fix the issue and send the item back to you free of charge.
4. Custom Orders and Delivery Time
• Custom orders take 8-12 weeks to complete.
• Bridal dresses take up to 12 weeks to complete.
• Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fabric shortages, strikes, or natural disasters) will be communicated.
• Once production begins, no changes can be made to custom orders.
5. Color Variations
• Product colors may slightly differ from images due to lighting, screen resolution, and camera quality.
• Variations in embroidery, embellishments, or fabric textures are part of handcrafted items and will not be considered defects.
6. Shipping and Delivery
• We deliver worldwide through third-party courier services.
• Shipping costs will be added according to the weight of dress.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Care Instructions
• Our clothing is delicate and requires dry cleaning or gentle hand washing.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
8. Intellectual Property
• All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
